Do I need a professional to install my DIY Series unit?
The MRCOOL DIY Series is specifically designed for amateur installation and does not require a certified HVAC technician for the refrigerant line connections, though we recommend a licensed electrician for the power supply.
What is your return policy for open-box equipment?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. However, equipment must be in its original packaging and uninstalled. A restocking fee may apply to large freight items.
Are MRCOOL products covered by a warranty?
Yes, MRCOOL offers industry-leading warranties, including a limited lifetime compressor warranty on select DIY models when registered online within 60 days of installation.
