At MRCOOL HVAC Supply, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your cooling and heating systems. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your unused equipment in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Equipment

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own carrier label to the exterior of the pallet or box and drop it off at an authorized freight terminal.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit for damages and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
